To commemorate the 548th edition of the Nguon 2020 cultural festival, Sublence Agency — the event's official technical partner — commissioned the full audiovisual production of a multi-phase video campaign. The creative brief centered around the theme of intergenerational transmission of ancestral knowledge. Our team was tasked with developing a compelling narrative framework and translating it into a series of video vignettes deployed before, during, and after the event.
The project involved end-to-end production: from conceptual storytelling and script development, to location scouting and cinematic shooting in the culturally rich setting of Foumban, the historical heart of the festival. Using a documentary-inspired visual approach combined with narrative dramatization, we captured powerful imagery that conveyed both symbolic heritage and contemporary relevance.
Post-production included advanced editing techniques, color grading for tonal consistency, and sound design to enhance emotional resonance. The resulting video capsules were crafted to serve not only as promotional assets but also as cultural archives — bridging tradition and modernity through impactful visual storytelling.
